We are delighted to welcome applications to newly created The Charles Reynolds Fund. Applications are invited from community organisations for grants that alleviate the effects of poverty for families and young people through one or more of the following themes: sport, nutrition, education and rehabilitation.

We’re delighted to have been nominated by our local NFU Mutual agency in Truro, to receive an incredible donation from their national Agency Giving Fund. This donation has enabled us to fund community non-profit organisations that are changing lives across the county.

The Police Property Act Fund for 2023 is aimed at preventing rural crime and reducing anti-social behaviour in rural and coastal areas. 

We are offering a free workshop on the 22nd July for new, or formed in the past two years, CICs to hear advice from the County’s leading experts.

Our message for the G7 leaders as they arrive at Cornwall Airport Newquay, is that the social economy is a powerhouse for post-covid recovery. Not only does the sector provide social benefits for the communities it serves but it will also be a significant driver of economic recovery.

Carers Week 2021 runs from Monday 7th till Sunday 13th June. We wanted to highlight the incredible efforts of young carers and some of the local projects supporting them.

Mullion blooms after The Goonhilly Wind Farm Community Fund holds recent grant panel meeting and awards £13,000 to the TR12 area.

The Trewithen Fund supports projects that teach, train and mentor young people to help them achieve their full potential. The grant panel recently awarded £20,000 to 8 groups.

The Business Club Grants Panel at its most recent meeting funded ten community projects across Cornwall, from Bude to St Ives. Projects included 2nd Bude (Jacobstow) Scout Group who are building a new Scout Hut and Cornwall Deaf Centre who are starting a job club for deaf and hard of hearing people.
