Wildanet supercharges the dreams of Cornish youngsters


To mark Wildanet’s support of Young & Talented Cornwall and to celebrate Cornwall’s emerging talents, young sportspeople, musicians, dancers, actors and fashion designers who have benefited from the latest round of grant funding came together at Wildanet’s Liskeard-based headquarters. They each received a grant certificate from Lord Lieutenant Colonel Edward Bolitho OBE.

Lanhydrock Bridge Event raises £1,850 for CCF and CSMF


On 19th October, the Cornwall Community Foundation (CCF) co-hosted a fundraising afternoon with the Charlie Sumption Memorial Fund (CSMF). The event brought local people and professionals together and raised an incredible £1,850 for the charities.

Our Poverty Hurts campaign has reached £1 million in donations. This appeal is designed to help those struggling with the rising cost-of-living crisis by providing grants to charities and community organisations who provide a vital lifeline to communities and individuals across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall is launching the Commissioner’s Community Grant Scheme


With thanks to new funding from the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly we are welcoming applications to the newly created Commissioner’s Community Grant Scheme. The first round is open Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly on with a theme of “Resilience to crime and disorder”.

The Cornwall Christmas Fair – the most vibrant fundraising event in the county’s festive calendar – will take place at the Eden Project on Thursday 23 November with a Preview & Shopping Evening on Wednesday 22 November. All funds raised will go to supporting the Cornwall Community Foundation.
