Projects with an educational element or awareness of reducing their carbon footprint may be given priority.
All involved with Trenouth Solar Farm strongly believe that local communities should benefit from the solar farm and the Trenouth Solar Farm Fund has been made available to support good causes local to the site.

Grant requirements
To apply for a grant your organisation must meet the general Eligibility Criteria. In addition to this, you must also meet the specific criteria of the grant listed below:
Who can apply
- Charities, CICs and community and voluntary groups.
- To be eligible to apply you need to be based in the areas of St Ervan, St Issey, St Eval and St Merryn.
What it will support

The panel will look at a wide variety of projects but preference may be given to projects with an educational element or improving the sustainability and/or carbon footprint of your organisation or the community.

Your project must be completed within one year of the grant offer unless agreed otherwise.
- Project costs, core costs and capital costs.
