We have two exciting opportunities to join our team as Philanthropy Director and Fundraising Manager. The successful applicants will be at the heart of a successful Cornish charity supporting community groups across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Philanthropy Director

We have is an exciting opportunity to join the Cornwall Community Foundation as Philanthropy Director, based in Cornwall and able to attend the CCF office in Bodmin weekly.

Salary: £39,000-£43,000 FTE depending on experience

At the Cornwall Community Foundation, we want Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to be a great place to live for everyone. Our mission is to raise sustainable funds from individuals and businesses and distribute them to community and grassroots non-profit organisations who are changing people’s lives across the county.

This is a rare opportunity to join our team in an interim capacity as Philanthropy Director where you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our long-term supporters.

Fundraising Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Cornwall Community Foundation as Fundraising Manager, based in Cornwall and able to attend the CCF office in Bodmin weekly.

Salary: £31,000-£34,000 FTE depending on experience

Our mission is to raise sustainable funds from individuals and businesses and distribute them to community and grassroots non-profit organisations who are changing people’s lives across the county.

As Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with trust funds, including bid-writing, and supporting the stewardship of donors, including through our membership schemes. The suitable candidate will undertake a wide variety of duties and must have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

If you have a strong customer relationship or client management background – possibly from major donor fundraising, we want to hear from you. We offer a friendly environment to work in and you’ll be joining a team who really are making a difference in Cornwall.
