Jane’s Journey
Before
Jane came to the Art Support Group feeling socially isolated after moving to the area. Disconnected from her social network and struggling with motivation, she had not pursued her previous interest in art for years due to personal challenges and mental health struggles.

Feedback
After completion of the sessions, Cornwall Mind received the below feedback:
“I joined the Art group because prior to this I felt isolated. This caused low self-worth and lack of esteem… I have learned how to celebrate my successes and learn from my failures, rather than be so self-critical.” – Art Group participant
“By reconnecting with her passion for art, building new social connections, and finding a sense of purpose, Jane overcame her feelings of isolation and low motivation, ultimately achieving her
personal goals.” – Art Group participant
