Grant reporting
Bringing your work to life and showcasing your impact is so important. So as part of the terms and conditions of receiving a CCF grant we’ll ask you to complete an online monitoring form.
We’ll send you a link to the form and it will need to be submitted no later than a year after the funding is received, or when the project is completed, whichever is sooner.
These reports enable us to measure impact, create community stories to highlight the vital work you’re doing, and secure additional donations.
The details provided can be used by us for publicity so please make sure you have permission from anyone in the photos and stories to share them.
