The Cornwall Community Foundation helps communities in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly by awarding small grants to grassroots, front line, volunteer-led organisations who are making a positive impact in their area.  Since 2003 the CCF has given £13m to the community, supporting more than 6000 local projectsA piece of work that delivers an output. helping to overcome the challenges of poverty and social isolationLoneliness, lack of access to human interactions.. The funding comes from individuals and businesses and is distributed to the community to help change people’s lives.
