Welcome trustees Josephine and Shaun
Cornwall Community Foundation is thrilled to welcome two new trustees, Josephine Ashby and Shaun Sawyer QPM Hon. LLB, to the Board of Trustees. We look forward to the insights they will bring as we continue to work towards a more positive Cornwall for one and all. With their dedication and passion for local causes, Josephine and Shaun bring fresh perspectives that will strengthen our work and help us make an even greater impact.
Josephine Ashby
Managing partner of John Bray Estates, a niche estate agency in North Cornwall, Josephine has 30 years’ experience in property. She began her agency life in the central London market and soon moved to Kight Frank’s International team. In 2003, she returned to the West Country to head up Knight Frank’s Residential Development Team.
It was here that she came to meet the team at John Bray and returned to her Cornish roots. Now, she and her husband, James, live on a farm in North Cornwall with their three teenage children, a feral lurcher, and too many horses.
With her wealth of experience in property, Josephine supports the Foundation by raising awareness of the charity among the second home community.
