The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the company employs the most appropriate employees in a fair and consistent manner free from discrimination. The policy gives a standard for CCF’s recruitment and selection procedure and provides guidance to the Hiring Manager. It outlines how CCF will recruit and select the best candidate for the role to ensure a transparent and lawful recruitment process, that job descriptions meet the need of the organisation, and that candidates are assessed against consistent selection criteria.
