Grant requirements

Who can apply:

Individuals can apply for personal development costs. Applicants must be:

  • Individuals from Trevalga, Tintagel and Boscastle parishes who have been residents for at least 12 months.
  • Have clear goals for personal development (e.g. improving employability prospects).

Priority will be given to those experiencing long term unemployment, barriers to work, disability, financial hardship and lack of confidence

What it will support:

The Gerald Curgenven Will Trust Three Parish Fund for Individuals will support those who have clear goals for personal development ( eg improving employability prospects)

Projects to start from Mid-October onwards.

All funded projects must be completed within one year of receiving the grant.

Please ensure that your project date is set for Mid Oct onwards and funding is to be spent within 12 months of award.

 

  • Individuals who are not living within the area or have lived there less than 12 months
  • Contributions to an endowment, payment of deficit funding or repayment of loans
  • Retrospective grants
  • Projects whose beneficiaries are not people
  • Projects intended to influence people’s religious choices or to promote a particular belief system (we support religious spaces that provide an inclusive community space)
  • The promotion of political causes

The Trevalga, Tintagel and Boscastle Fund has been created by The Gerald Curgenven Will Trust to provide a sustainable source of funding to support:

  • The personal development of individuals for those living in the Trevalga, Tintagel and Boscastle parishes for more than 12 months .
