Cornish Lithium Community Fund welcomes applications
In partnership with Cornish Lithium we are welcoming applications for the 2023 Cornish Lithium Community Fund.
The fund looks to support communities in Gwennap, Chacewater, St Day, Carharrack, China Clay Community Network area & St Agnes Parish.
Grants can support activity that:
- Advances education with a particular focus on earth sciences, Cornish & Mining History
- Promotes general health
- Improves the environment & supports transition to net zero
- Supports industrial heritage for educational & wellbeing benefits or to enhance the local landscape
- Improves residents’ wellbeing through improved facilities
- Supports long-term unemployed people to gain new skills
Grants can’t be considered for sporting activities, but particular consideration will be given to applications that demonstrate diversity & inclusion and collective community benefits.
Grants range from £250 – £2,500.
