Church House Investments joins like-minded businesses to support Cornish communities
We are delighted to welcome Church House Investments to The CCF Business Club. As part of Church House Investments’ continued engagement with Community Foundations throughout the South of England, Church House are delighted to join The CCF Busines Club which brings together like-minded businesses to develop mutually beneficial relationships whilst supporting the Foundation’s valuable work of providing grants to projects that make a difference to people’s quality of life in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Church House representative at the Business Club, Paul Zoltowski, said “When Tamas invited us to join the club we were delighted to be involved. Among our investment clients, we have many interested in local philanthropy, which has resulted in us building relationships with several community foundations. The team at Cornwall Community Foundation do some fantastic work and we hope that our participation in this successful business club will help that to continue.”
Church House recently commissioned a White Paper on the ‘Growing importance of Community Foundations in the UK’. After years of low-interest rates and now rising inflation, they are fielding a growing number of enquiries from foundations and small to medium charity trustees on how to optimise their endowments without introducing undue risk.
Tamas Haydu, Chief Executive of the Cornwall Community Foundation, commented, “We have found talking to Paul and his colleagues at Church House really insightful. Their knowledge of our sector is very strong, and we are delighted to see them join our other valued partners in the CCF Business Club.”
