Business Support Grants – Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant

The pandemic has been extraordinarily challenging for hospitality and leisure businesses. Cornwall Council is now contacting eligible businesses across Cornwall to invite applications for the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant.

Whilst this is essential core funding for many businesses, some holiday businesses may not need some or all of their grant. With the support of Cornwall Council, we are appealing to the owners of holiday businesses in that position to donate some or all of their grant to the Cornwall Community Foundation Business Grants 2022 Appeal.

We will use donations from the appeal to support vital community and grassroots non-profit organisations who are changing lives across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. These include community land trusts supporting the development of affordable housing and housing crisis projects which alleviate homelessness and strengthen our communities.

Holiday homeowners often donate to CCF to support local communities in Cornwall. Additional donations from recipients of the Holiday and Leisure grant will mean we can reach even more people who need help. Thank you very much to the holiday businesses that have already donated their grants.
